Flexibility Increase Strength

The third session of Healthy U’s program features guest speakers Kristin Trout and Stephanie MacDuff from the University Fitness Club. The program begins with an informational lesson on how flexibility increases strength, followed by a 30-minute stretching and balance class.
Members are asked to dress appropriately for physical activity. This session will be held at the University Fitness Club on 201 Milford Street in Salisbury, MD.
